Tiffany Donahue - Escrow Officer
Meet Tiffany Donahue! Tiffany brings over 20 years of escrow experience, 7 of which have been with Preferred Choice Escrow. She has spent the last several years managing a fast-paced desk, at the same time providing excellent customer service to her clients. Tiffany has the expertise to handle all aspects of the transaction from beginning to end. She takes pride in her quality of work and is ready to go the extra mile for you and your clients!
Tiffany was born and raised in San Diego and currently resides in La Mesa. Tiffany is a proud mother of two daughters and a son. In her free time, she enjoys going to her children’s sporting events and playing with their puppy, Winston.
Stefany Twamley - Escrow Officer, Office Manager

Meet Stefany Twamley! On top of her 23 years of escrow experience, Stefany has managed to earn multiple awards, including the top 5th and 10th percentile of escrow sales under Fidelity National Financial, as a result of her diligence, integrity, and hard work. The Las Vegas native originally moved to sunny San Diego in 2000 to expand her education, and ended up staying for the long-run after meeting her husband and eventually joining the escrow industry. When Stefany isn’t at work, she is typically riding her horse and practicing for upcoming dressage shows, taking trips to the desert and racing UTV’s with her family (check them out on Instagram @itiswhatitisracing), or attending kickboxing classes with her daughter and husband!
Isabel Maclean - Sales & Marketing Executive, Escrow Assistant
Meet Isabel Maclean! Upon joining Preferred Choice Escrow in 2021, she has been able to significantly elevate her escrow expertise and skill-set through working alongside Stefany and Tiffany. Isabel obtained her real estate license in September of 2021 and has been able to utilize her knowledge from her real estate classes both out in the field networking and while working in the office with clients. Isabel is San Diego born-and-raised and when she’s not working, you’ll find her attending EDM concerts, taking her fur baby, Penny, to dog beach, or finding new Pinterest recipes to try out!
